This month, we celebrated the launch of GuestWisely, our newest offering designed to enhance the guest experience from booking to checkout. GuestWisely is an innovative app that serves as a comprehensive guest companion throughout their stay, providing all the necessary information and tools for a smooth and enjoyable experience.
With GuestWisely, guests can access detailed property information, local recommendations, and essential details directly from their mobile devices. The app also supports payment information and facilitates seamless communication between guests and property managers, ensuring that any requests or inquiries are handled promptly and efficiently.
And the best part? GuestWisely is available at no extra cost to 365Villas users.
Preserve Essential Data with New Archive Functionality
Have you ever had to delete a property listing but wished to retain all the associated data?
Now, when you remove a property from 365Villas, you won’t lose any financial information. This data will continue to appear in your bookings report, trust accounting, and all financial statements, including the Profit and Loss.
This means archived properties won’t impact your active license count, allowing you to access vital data without additional costs.
Enhanced Inquiry Management Workflow
Our inquiry management workflow now includes functionalities in the Special Preference Page that allow for automatic cancellation of quotes and archiving of tentative bookings if no payment is received.
You can also send personalized automated messages to guests when their quote or booking is canceled.
Furthermore, you can decide to automatically cancel quotes after they have been issued.
These settings are configurable at the account level, but to provide even more flexibility, they can also be adjusted individually per reservation in the new “Automation and Expiry” sections available in the booking editor.

Simplified Operational Access
In response to valuable user feedback, we’ve simplified access for operational teams. Now, if the same person is responsible for housekeeping, check-in and/or maintenance, there’s no need to log in several times, making daily operations smoother and more efficient.
Streamlined Data Management with Auto-Parsing
One of the standout features we’re introducing is auto-parsing for inquiries from niche platforms like Chalets Au Quebec. If you work with other niche Channels that we don’t yet support, you can request integration. We’ll review user inquiries and consider adding these channels based on demand.
New Integration with TurboSuite
We are also excited to announce a new partnership with TurboSuite, a cutting-edge revenue management solution with a robust presence in Spain and Latin America.
TurboSuite uses big data and AI to analyze destination-wide data, helping to determine the most effective pricing strategies by collecting insights from millions of data points daily.
Increased Security for Credit Card Information
We’ve implemented further enhanced security measures when accessing this sensitive information in the system. For questions about this, please see the announcement we sent earlier this week or contact our support team.
What’s Coming Next:
QuickBooks and Xero Integrations
Since we launched our enhanced accounting solution for professional property managers, we’ve received numerous compliments, reaffirming our position as a leader in vacation rental industry accounting. But we’re not stopping there.
In July, we will launch the Beta version of our QuickBooks and Xero integration. This new feature will enable you to push the owner statement for each owner directly into these accounting software platforms and complete payouts to your owners from there.

The onboarding for the Beta Version 1 will proceed as following:
- July 1-12: we will collect all users interested in adopting the solution
- July 15-24: you will be contacted by our implementation team to check your account and make a clean up of the trust accounting balance
- July 24th – August: with the help and supervision of our team you will push the information to Quickbooks and Xero and complete the owner payout from there.
Version 2 of the integration, which will allow you to push expenses from the integrator to 365Villas and help reconcile your bank statements and movements with 365Villas expenses, is set to be available in Q4 of this year.
These integrations aim to significantly enhance your financial management processes, transforming 365Villas into an even more robust and essential tool for your business.
Integrations with Vrbo and Airbnb Reviews
Looking ahead, we’re thrilled to introduce our new integrations with Vrbo and Airbnb reviews. This update will transform how you interact with guest feedback directly within your 365Villas account.
You will have the ability to view, manage, and respond to reviews left on these platforms, ensuring all interactions align with Vrbo and Airbnb’s procedures and standards.
This feature also empowers you to enhance your property’s online presence by seamlessly incorporating these reviews into your website. Elevate your credibility and showcase real guest experiences with ease, making your website not just informative but a powerful tool for attracting new bookings.
