We’re starting the year with great excitement, not only for the new features and updates we’ve been working on but also for some big plans ahead! Stay tuned, as we’ll soon share some exciting news about the future of 365Villas. For now, here’s what’s been happening this January.
Automatic Owner Statements Notification
Sending monthly owner statements and other documents is now easier than ever! You can fully automate the process, saving time and ensuring owners receive their statements promptly.
Tip: Start by activating this feature for one or two owners before rolling it out to all.
Find it under: Email Templates → Owners Statement Notification

Set Maximum Stay Lengths
Set maximum stay lengths for individual properties, with the option to apply the setting to specific units or all units within your portfolio. This is especially useful in regions where extended stays are classified as tenancies, helping you stay compliant with legal requirements. If this doesn’t apply to your region, you can leave the setting deactivated.
Available now in your rates table.
Automatically applied to your website and channels starting February 5th

New Airbnb Functionality
Non-Refundable Discounts
Generate cash flow earlier with non-refundable discounts for Airbnb bookings. Guests can now choose between standard rates or discounted, non-refundable rates.
Activate this in Marketing and CRM or directly in the Airbnb tab within the Channel Manager section of your account.
Non-refundable bookings ensure you keep the full payout (minus cleaning fees if canceled before check-in).

Create New Airbnb Accounts in 365Villas
Save time and effort by creating new Airbnb accounts directly from 365Villas. This is perfect for new owners or properties that require separate accounts, eliminating the need for mapping later.

Coming Soon: More Flexibility and Control
Tax Management Updates
With channels like Booking.com starting to collect and remit taxes in more regions, we’re developing tools to help you manage different tax paths for direct and channel bookings.
Improved Virtual Credit Card Handling
Soon, you’ll be able to process secondary payments, such as extra services or damage deposits, using new credit cards. This additional flexibility goes beyond the standard virtual credit card payments provided by channels.
