Instant Update of Changed Channel Bookings
Now, any changes your guests make to their reservations on any Channel are instantly updated in 365Villas. Whether your guests extend their stay, add additional guests, or request extra services, these modifications are immediately synchronized in your Booking Editor and reflected across relevant system reports.
This feature eliminates the need for manual booking updates, saving you time and reducing errors. You retain complete control, with all original reservation details preserved for easy access.
New Housekeepers View of Tasks
Housekeepers now have an improved interface upon logging into 365Villas from both desktop and mobile devices. They are greeted with a clear display of their assigned tasks, distinctly categorized into:
• Check-in cleaning
• Check-out cleaning
• Mid-stay cleaning
– Stand-alone cleaning (when the property is unoccupied)
This organization significantly aids in task management and reduces the likelihood of errors. We’ve also added an automation feature that allows property managers to schedule mid-stay cleanings automatically. This is ideal for properties requiring frequent upkeep during guest stays.
New Filters in Accounting Reports
We’ve enhanced your ability to customize and sort financial reports within the Expense Manager, Revenue Manager, and Cash Flow reports in 365Villas. New filtering options for each column make it easier to view your data exactly as you need it.
New Integration with Eway
We are excited to announce our new partnership with Eway, a leading Payment Gateway. Founded in Australia, Eway now serves numerous customers across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau. This integration offers more control and flexibility in payment processing, aligning with our commitment to provide you with robust, versatile tools.
What’s Coming in May
Looking ahead, we’re excited to introduce our integrations with QuickBooks and Xero, designed to streamline your accounting processes. Also, keep an eye out for the launch of our Guest App for Android and iOS, which will enhance guest interactions by:
– Providing essential arrival instructions.
– Streamlining the collection of guest information.
– Ensuring compliance with house rules through in-app agreements.
– Improving communication with instant messaging and notifications.
