Airbnb Chat & SMS Messaging bolt-on option users can now use Airbnb chat directly from 365Villas. Contact your account manager or email [email protected] for more information.

Furthermore, we’ve enhanced 5 key automated messages so that you can send them via Airbnb chat or SMS text message. These can be set up on the Automated Messages page, accessible on the Guest Communications landing page.

We’ve also enhanced automated messages more generally. As standard, all users can now schedule deliveries according to time of day in addition to date. Visit Time Settings on the Guest Communications landing page.
