February has been a big month at 365Villas! We’ve introduced new features to help you drive more bookings and improve your response rate on Airbnb. Plus, we’re excited to share some important company updates, including our upcoming rebrand, a new team member, and our participation in the Short Stay Summit. Here’s what’s new:
Make Your Discounts Stand Out & Drive More Bookings
We’ve enhanced how discounts are displayed in the Booking Widget and Booking Engine, making them clearer and more visually compelling to increase conversions.
Improved Discount Listing Details
Now, discounts are explicitly highlighted, such as:
“10% Off between 03 MAY 2025 and 07 MAY 2025.“
This ensures guests instantly recognize attractive deals and are more likely to complete their booking.

Striking Price Comparison in the Booking Engine
Once the guest selects their dates, the discount is now prominently displayed with a strikethrough on the original total price, alongside the discounted total. This visually emphasizes the savings and makes the offer more persuasive.

These improvements make discounts more engaging and help boost direct bookings. You can set them up in the Discount page in 365Villas (https://secure.365villas.com/g4/pricing/campaigns/ and are available to anyone using a 365Villas website or WordPress plugins. If you use our WordPress plugin, make sure you have the latest version installed.
Improve Your Response Rate and Time with Airbnb
Maintaining a high response rate is essential for Airbnb hosts, especially for achieving and retaining Superhost status.
To help with this, we’ve introduced a new automated message in your messaging settings. Now, when a confirmed guest sends their first message, 365Villas will automatically send a reply thanking them for reaching out and assuring them that you’ll respond soon.

This automation will be enabled by default for all 365Villas users who:
- Use our direct Airbnb connection
- Have granted 365Villas access to their Airbnb messaging

Airbnb expects hosts to review all guests, which can become time-consuming, especially during peak season. We’re introducing a new automation that enables you to review guests automatically. You will always have the option to disable this feature for problematic guests. Stay tuned!
