For users with the Advanced Payment bolt-on option, 365Villas will now fully automate all guest payments, including those for all channel bookings.

This feature enhancement is for those using Vrbo, Booking.com, or other channels that don’t bill the guest directly. Now, instead of having to manually bill the guest yourself, all payments will be billed automatically. If you prefer to manually bill your guests, this new enhancement can be deactivated on your Payment Methods page.

In the Property and Policy Settings, under Payment Policies, you will also find more options for the guest payment schedule.

Using this bolt-on also enables the payments to be recorded in the Payment Manager automatically.
