Two-way Calendar Sync allows for bidirectional synchronization between 365Villas and external platforms. This guide will walk you through the process step by step, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free setup.

Step 1: Accessing the Calendar Sync Function

To begin, navigate to “Booking Solutions,” followed by “Calendar Sync.” Then, access the “Two-way sync.” From the drop-down menu, choose the relevant property.

Step 2: Connecting with Vrbo (Example)

In this guide, we’ll demonstrate with Vrbo. Log in to your Vrbo account and select the appropriate property. Go to the “Calendar” section and then click on “Calendar.”

Step 3: Import/Export in Vrbo

Locate import/export at the top of the page and click on it. Then, a side menu will appear on the right-hand side.

Step 4: Exporting the Vrbo Calendar

Begin by exporting the calendar from Vrbo. Copy the iCal calendar link provided.

Step 5: Integrating the iCal Link in 365Villas

Return to 365Villas. Here, paste the iCal link you copied from Vrbo for the right property. Assign it a name for easy identification and save your changes.

Step 6: Obtaining the 365Villas iCal Link

After saving, a new iCal link will appear below. Click to copy this 365Villas-generated iCal link.

*It’s important to note that this link is unique to the selected property, ensuring precise synchronization between 365Villas and external platforms. Make sure to use this specific link for the property you’re currently configuring to maintain accurate calendar syncing.

Step 7: Importing into Vrbo

Head back to your Vrbo account. This time, choose “Import Calendar.” Assign a name to the calendar and paste the iCal link from 365Villas (copied in step 6). Complete the process by clicking “Import.”

Step 8: Finalizing the Sync

Congratulations, your two-way calendar sync between 365Villas and Vrbo is now active! To ensure immediate synchronization, return to 365Villas and select “Instant Sync.”
