How to Utilize Multi-language Features:

Guest Communication:

  1. Email Templates and Automated Messages:

    • While most languages already have default translations, remember that there’s no automatic translation feature. If you make changes to the original English text, ensure you replicate them in other languages you plan to use. Simply select the language option and modify the text as needed.
  1. Shortcodes:
    • Navigate to Shortcodes to adjust translations.
    • While system shortcodes are centrally translated, you can tweak translations as required. Note that certain shortcodes may not have translations due to static content or data from booking payment breakdowns. These exceptions are highlighted at the top of the page.

  1. Customized Codes:
    • Navigate to Customized Codes to introduce translations.
    • Unlike system shortcodes, all customized codes can be translated into multiple languages if needed.

System Documents:

All system documents support multiple languages, ensuring flexibility and accessibility for diverse users. To update default template content, simply click on the language dropdown. This action loads the new language content, allowing you to make necessary modifications and save them. Just like guest communication, remember that this feature doesn’t automate translations. Any changes made to content in one language should be replicated across other active languages.
