Adding CSA to 365Villas

• Navigate to the”Account Administration” section.
• Locate “Manage bolt-ons”
• and choose “CSA Insurance” and then proceed to click on “Add.”
• Scroll further down the page and update your subscription.

Note: CSA services are exclusively available for clients located within the United States only.

Initial Setup

Step 1: Go to the API & Integrations section.

Step 2: Click on CSA Insurance.

Step 3: Should you require it, establish a CSA account. New users can register through their website, while existing users can input and save their service details.

Step 4: Input your service details for existing accounts and save them. Once saved, you can then offer the service to eligible guests.

*For updates, contact [email protected]. CSA confirmation might be required for changes after implementing CSA for existing guests.

How to Add CSA Services to Your Transactions

• Access the Booking Editor for the specific transaction.
• Head to the Manage tab and find CSA Insurance.
• Select the preferred service(s) to add to the transaction, which will promptly update the left column.

Note:

• Adding a CSA service will also adjust the amount due.
• For CSA policy validity, guests must pay for the services in full.
• Until payment completion, the policy remains invalid until payment completion and guest coverage is inactive.

Communication and [RESERVATION_QUOTE]:

• CSA services are automatically included in guest communication, such as [RESERVATION_QUOTE].
• CSA service policy is attached when emailing guests.

Streamlined Booking Procedure:

• During the final step of booking via the website, guests have the option to select the CSA service.

CSA Damage Protection and Damage Deposit:

• Guests are presented with the option to choose between CSA service or Damage Deposit if both are available.
• It’s important to note that CSA service cannot be set as the default option due to CSA’s requirements.

Using [BOOK_NOW] with CSA Services

• Encourage the utilization of CSA offerings by incorporating the [BOOK_NOW] shortcode within quotation emails.
• This shortcode facilitates updates to quotes, allowing guests to modify details and proceed with payments seamlessly.

CSA Reporting

• Upon meeting conditions, CSA services are automatically integrated into periodic reports. Access the report through the provided link here.
• These conditions entail a U.S. guest address, completed payment for CSA service, and a U.S. property location.
