Upon receiving a booking from any of your channels, it will first reflect on your 365Villas calendar under Tentative Status. During this phase, the transaction remains excluded from your primary reports and accounting. To transition the booking to Confirmed Status, adhere to the following steps:
- Access the reservation details.
2. Select the option “Accept Channel Booking”
3. Ensure all mandatory information is completed, including the guest’s Name, Email, Number of Guests, and Price.
- The amount of missing information will depend on the data included in the iCal feed. At a minimum, review the number of guests and Grand Total.
4. Once all the information has been filled in, opt to:
- Proceed – Review the reservation details before finalizing.
- Save without notifying – Transition the booking to confirmed status without triggering an email notification to the guest.
- Save and notify – Move the booking to confirmed status and send an email confirmation to the guest.
Important: Upon updating the reservation status from Tentative to Confirmed, the connection between this reservation and its original source will be severed. Any cancellations or amendments to the reservation must be manually processed within the 365Villas system.

Use the functionality available on your Rates & Seasons pages to establish channel-specific rates tables, enabling accessibility when processing channel bookings. Please note that this feature is only compatible with the Standard Rate table.
