Linked Listings, Smarter Reports, and More Flexibility for Your Business

At 365Villas, we’re constantly innovating to make your short-term rental operations more efficient, profitable, and connected. This June, we rolled out several new features and improvements, based on direct feedback from property managers like you, that bring more automation, transparency, and control to your daily workflows.

Here is your 365Villas June 2025 Product Update!


Linked Property Logic: Parent-Child & Sister-Sister Setups

Managing listings with multiple configurations or related units just became more intelligent.

Our new linked property logic allows you to define two relationship types between properties:

  • Parent-Child: One primary (parent) property oversees one or more secondary (child) listings. Ideal for villas with subdivided units or grouped accommodations.
  • Sister-Sister: Used for peer-level relationships, such as listing the same unit as both an 8-bedroom and a 10-bedroom configuration.

The system now automatically blocks availability across linked listings in scenarios where double bookings could occur, ensuring calendar accuracy and operational peace of mind.

Enhanced Reconciliation Report: More Control, Better Accuracy

You spoke, we listened. We’ve upgraded the Reconciliation Report to make financial tracking and reporting even more precise:

  • We added a new “Payment Method” filter and column to easily distinguish between credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment types.
  • Bookings with no payments recorded are now displayed, helping you spot gaps and ensure invoice sequences stay compliant, especially under progressive invoicing requirements.

This is especially useful at month-end when reconciling transactions with your bank statements—giving you a clearer picture of income, deposits, and outstanding payments. You can read more about it here.


Consolidated Owner Access for Multi-Property Management

We’ve improved how multi-property owners interact with the system by strengthening the connection between the owner login and owner profile.

With this update:

  • Owners can now generate reports across all their properties from a single login.
  • If an owner sells a property but retains others, their login remains active and historical data is preserved (as long as the data is properly locked).

This enhancement ensures long-term continuity for your owners and eliminates redundant profile management. Read more about it here.


Custom Call-to-Action Options for Website Booking Flow

Your website, your rules. Based on customer feedback and booking analytics, we’ve added the ability to customize the call-to-action (CTA) that appears after a guest performs a search on your site.

Now you can choose the CTA that best fits your brand tone and conversion goals:

  • Strong CTAs: Reserve, Book
  • Softer CTAs: Enquire, Inquire, View

Whether you want to drive instant bookings or nurture high-quality leads, the choice is now in your hands.
